Noisy front suspension

Hi can anyone help, Im getting a lot of sqeaking coming from my near side front suspension, what could this be!

I reported mine to Audi SA and they were going to replacing the front sub frame something about a weld that can cause a squeak could be something similar. Strange thing is it’s now gone so i stopped the replacement they told me it’s not a big issue but if i wish they will replace the front sub frame.

I told them wait a bit
