I have just returned from the local Audi stealer.
As previously mentioned the A4 had a fog lamp full of water and a broken door handle, and I turned up this (Saturday 14 July) morning to book the car in for a fix. My wife and I were asked to sit down and read the paper, get a cup of coffee, and the handle was fixed and a new fog light fitted there and then. I was so taken aback, that I have booked the car in for its first service in a couple of weeks time, before I go on hols. At £269 including a courtesy car, it ain't cheap, but it's not that much more than my previous Golf so fair enough. I'll keep you posted, but, at the moment, fair play to Stafford Audi. with best regards to all well serviced Audi owners john from Staffs |

Audi dealers try to offer and improve customers experiance to progres as a leading brand and they are attempting to improve on the jd power results. And you are getting good advise from audi master techs on this forum as well. All members of the audi aftersales teams are trying harder to improve service and thats why you had a good experiance as the people who work for audi care as do i or i wouldnt be on this forum in my own time for free saving people money and giving guidence.Best Regards Jon
