Default Sticky Buttons

I was wondering if anyone had a quick solution to a small problem I am having with my 53 plate A4. The buttons on the control panel for the air con/window demister etc are a bit sticky. They are ok for a while then when you press them they tend to stick in for a while and then release themselves. I know that this can be a problem with audi's, but i was wondering if anyone has managed to slve the problem themselves without going to an extortionate dealer.

Cheers

Check that the facia plate is not touching the side of the buttons.
Or try to put a bit of pressure sideways to the control panel and see if the buttons move freely.
Someone may have removed the control panel and not put it back correctly.
It's an easy fix that won't cost you anything if you can do it yourself.
