audi a4 1.9tdi 2003 windnoise

HI there ive reccently bought a 2003 audi a4 and tere seems to be a windnoise coming from the windsreen area,it looks like the orig**** sreen so has any one come across this before,it appers at about 70 to 80 mph ?

i came across a similar problem with one of my a4 jettas.. it was missing an attachment from the windscreen wipers.. basically it just acted as a mini spoiler to hold the wipers down to the window and kept the wind from diffusing and making a ton of noise.
