Radio and CD Changer

I have a 98 A4 1.6 petrol, when I bought it the orginal Radio and CD changer had been removed, I now want to fit a CD changer, I belive the orginal Radio is a Concert, but am struggling with part numbers, does nay one know the correct part numbers for the Radio and CD Changer, I have been told the changer part No is 4B0057111A but the only one I can find is 4BO035111A would this work with a Concert Radio?
