I have 2004 A4, i am installing a after market HID kit. will the car give me any kind of warning lights because the original bulb is not there? and the voltage may be slightly different?

the hid kits' uses an attachment that they will include to factory light wiring, so when u turn on ur lights it will power them up so u will have the same circuit as if the bulb was there... if your hid light blows the circuit will not work and audi's computer will tell u your head light is out.
