Looking to Trade S4 for A6

While it makes me nauseous just typing this, I've finally accepted the fact that I must rerettably trade my 2001.5 S4 for an A6, preferably a 2003 or later with less than 35K miles ( and+/- $$ as may be warranted). My ever-growing 2 & 7 year olds combined with my 6'4" frame have simply made it impossible for me to keep the S4 any longer. My daily drive, garage kept, never-let-me-down tiptronic S4 is black with only 35,000 locally driven original miles, and is completely stock except for APR stock/93 Octane chip and new K&N air filter. Only presently needed "repair" is a new ignition switch to replace the clothesline eyehook that is screwed into the steering column that starts the car, about $500. (I live in Northern NJ and had grown weary of being deductibled to death by repeated break-ins and repairing doorskins/replacing ignition cylinders, so now I just leave the car unlocked and the killswitch that was installed after the first theft/recovery has proven extremely effective.)
