FS/FT - BMW E24 633csi

I picked up an `02 A4 a week or so ago, and the BMW has to find a new home now

1984 BMW 633csi, E24 chassis, M30 block, ~150k. Power everything, factory limited slip rear, A/C is cold.
Needs battery, ball joints (have parts, not installed), and a good cleaning. Radio and trip computer not
getting power (no idea why, I only drove it for a week because my Jeep doesn't have A/C). Comes with
two sets of wheels, summer alloys and winter steels. It's a nice car, but all my attention is going to be
focused on the Audi for a while, and I want my garage back (as small and one-car'd as it is).

Have $2800 invested, make offer, or trade for B6 A4/Jeep TJ stuff(could use a pair of axles)? Located in
the St. Louis area.

Pics are when I first picked it up, where it sits now, and a spot on the trunk where I buffed out part of the
previous owners botched wax job with a damp cloth.

I also have two `81 Suzuki motorcycles if anyone is interested, GS1100E with title, and GS550L
without title. Both have been sitting for ~4yrs
