These are Mounting brackets that can let you adapt Porsche or Brembo Calipers into your stock rotors. It is a raw part and needs to be machined to fit which ever applications you choose. It works for:

Alfa Romeo 147-, 156 GTA, GTV, Coupe 20V,…
Audi A4-A8, S4, RS4, S6, RS6, A8 , S8,…
BMW E36, E46,…
Porsche Cayenne,…
Mercedes Benz W210,...
VW Phaeton, Touareg, Passat,...
