Need double din trim plate

I'm replacing my Symphony with a Kenwood DNX5120 and need a trim plate to fit the double din opening (2003 A4 Quattro sedan). I checked with Crutchfield and they say nobody makes one - needs to be custom made. Has anyone mounted a double din radio in their car?
