Unhappy Audi Concert "Phone mode"

Ok this might be a stupid question, but i cant figure it out..
A few days ago when i turned on my radio it said "Phone" in the display, and i cant get it back to normal Radio\CD player.
Only thing i can click is menu, and choose left, L+R, or Right.
I can also hold the CD button while i start the radio, and it says CCD in the display instead.
My manual is in german, so dont understand **** from it.
Please can anyone help me? Driving to work is getting very boring.

I got a A3 -03 1,9 TDI

Has the car got a phone? The PHONE will display if the mute pin has been activated by an external source.

Nope, no phone installed.
Was one before, but that was like 2 owners before me.

There was a phone holder mounted on my dashboard before, but i just cut the wire to it going in somewhere under my dashboard.
But it worked fine for a long time after that.

Well I would still advise you to check the mute pin. Make sure nothing is attached.

Yeah looks like it was that wire i cut.
Must have been a short circut in it, cause i just fiddled around a little with it, and it was ok.
Thanks for the help
