Default Sat Nav Software/dvd Issue

Hi there, I'm looking for some help after accidently putting a 2007 Sat Nav DVD from my new A3 in my 2005 Allroad. The system swallowed the DVD and then screen went blue and it said "updating system software"

After 3 minutes of trying to get the DVD out it then read......."CD/DVD is unreadable, please check the CD/DVD"

At that point I realised I must have put the wrong one in so put the old 2005 one in for the system to then read "please contact your audi dealer, dvd is not supported by current software..." All the other functions work except the Sat Nav.....!!! It's bugging me like mad.

Has anyone any idea of a quick solution to this.??
