Default Newbie needing help re. A3 1993 2.0 TDI

Hey guys, New here, hope your all well.

I have a question that i need help with,
I have the Sat nav screen in the Audi i just bought (MMI?) basically they guy i bought it off said i could have watch TV on it but i have to buy a package? where or how do i get this? (In the UK) or is there a way round it ?
Also it says DVD rom, (obv this is for the sat nav) but is there anyway of watching DVDs through the unit screen, i heard about this somewhere TV - RNS-E . I have no idea what it is and if it would wrk with my model, can anyone help?
Any info would be great as im searching everywhere but not finding anything.
