concert 2 security code?

hi my stock head unit broke so i bought a used one on ebay that the guy advertised "I HAVE THE SECURITY CODE FOR THIS UNIT TO WORK"

then i get it and there's no code, just instructions to call my nearest audi dealer with the serial number and vin of the car it came from and i can get it. not true
radio has to be installed in my car and brought to the dealer, which is an hour away
if anyone would can point me in the right direction i'd really appreciate it
the units a concert 2
serial number 14017
the vin he gave me is TRUWT28N321013129
under concert 2 is a number 4BO-035-186-H
and under the serial is another one A5009800
any help/info greatly appreciated

Serial number start AUZ and should be stamped on the side of the unit.
