Question Harmon Karmon Install A3 1.8T sport 1999

Hello All
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Have A3 T sport with a concert stereo. I know it has no aux input apart from the CD Changer lead. Seen people discussing the aptapter so you can use a 3.5 jack lead ie from the harmon kardon drive+play brain straight into where the changer is plugged to the rear of the stereo. Where can you purchase this??? Don't want to use the FM transmitter option with the HK so hard wiring is must be.
I will make it work lol

Any help would be great.
Mick
