Default Will it or won't it?

I've currently got a Delta CC in my '97 A8 with BOSE & 6cd Changer.
Would a concert unit be a straight plug and play on this cd changer? Or would i need to modify the 13 pin cable?
I've got a phatnoise which i'm hoping to install hence the need for a concert unit. But will need to know if the concert will replace the Delta CC without any problems before plugging in the Phatnoise system.
I currently have a concert unit but it's broke. I was conned on eBay when i bought it.

Cheers,
Dan
