Is it BOSE??

Hi everyone, newbie with what may be a stupid question here....

I have a 99 plate S3, with a blown passenger door speaker. My problem is I can't order a new speaker until I have established whether my system is a BOSE system or not?

Does anyone have any ideas how to identify this without ripping the door cards off?

Any thoughts would be gratefully received.....

dont know if this is going to sound stupid but my tt has a bose system and it actually says bose on the speaker cover so that might me a clue ?? im not sure how it works on diffrent models hope that helped a little

Hi Stacy,

Thanks for the reply. I had seen the BOSE speaker grilles on some audis, but they were all a few years younger than mine, I wonder if the BOSE fits always came with the external markings.....hmmmm.

I'm almost positive that any Bose system in ANY car has the Bose logo on it, and if it doesn't have it, it's not
