Default Driver Seat Causes Interior Lights to Flash???HELP

I have a 2002 AUDI A6 3.0L Quattro, and lately I noticed that when I lean towards the door, or press against the side of my driver seat the interior lights would come on and stay on unless I move/remove pressure from that side?

I was told there are some loose wires or stripped wires in the seat, but again I'm not sure? Has anyone had this problem, and what do you guys recommend? Could I take the seat apart and check the wiring?

Thx

mavala is an unknown quantity at this point
Default

It looks like some wire is trapped somewhere under the base or rails of the seat.
It should be easy to check.
