Radio Removal help

Bought some removal keys today but I am strugaling to get the head unit out the keys dont seem to engage. Can anyone advise me please!

I had the same trouble. In the end I used 2 teaspoons (handle end!) and gave them a good wiggle, 'click', Bob's your mother's brother.

yeah, my removal keys were crap.

when pressed it, it clicks, but when pulled, nothing. I ended up prying the thing out with a screwdriver.
