Hi Ppl
I have a 2002 A4 1.8T, I have the symphony unit, I have had issues once or twice in the past where the unit's display would have nothing on it but a dull red light, but a quick disconnection of the battery fixed that problem, yesterday the unit just shut off while I was driving and doesnt want to power on again, I have checked the fuse number 39 I believe I even tried replacing the fuse just in case, but its still dead, my car has just gone out of the freeway plan by 10000km's and the last thing I need is a costly repair, does anyone have any suggestions, from searching the forum I saw that these units have fuses on the rear of the head unit too, how do I remove the head unit from the dash , or should I just take it in to audi and get them to quote on a repair. Thanks in advance. |
