I currently have the 2005 A4 with OEM concert radio. Had it fitted at Audi service center with Icelink. They were not very well known with iPod and connections. iPod does not work correctly. Only left speakers work. Dial and button commands does not work while connected toe cable.
Anyone who could help me. Alex |

Having fitted an icelink to a beemer, i'd tend to agree here that it sounds like a problem with the interface itself or a wiring problem. I had one or two challenges though after i'd fitted it but i eventually got there after a couple of firmware upgrades on the icelink. I've got an A6 (4F) now and the icelink won't be available until next month - I can't wait, listening to my iPod through an iTrip sucks!
Once the iPod is connected to the interface I think that the dial and buttons on the iPod are disabled and control is passed over to the radio or at least that's how it worked in the beemer. |
