1997 A4 Door Panel Removel

I have a friend who has a 1997 A4 and we cant figure out how to get the panel off. We see 2 screws. One up byt he mirrow on the inside and the other directly across from it on the door jam part. I see no other screws at all. can somone give me a hand with this?

u need to unscrew the screw with an alan key under the window switches. then unscrew the screws on both sides of door. it's kind of tricky but u need to pull up there r 4 hinges that move down to lock in place on the sides fo the door. pull up and u'll see wat i mean.
