Smile Tuning 2.0tdi 140ps Engine In A6 Avant Multitronic

Before I start...Great Audi Forum!

I currently have a 56 plate A6 Avant 2.0TDI SE Multitronic and am looking to replace with a new model this coming September when my 2 year lease runs out.

I basically want more power and am looking at the 2.7TDI Le Mans model as a suitable option. Can just about stretch to the monthly lease price, as there are some great deals currently out in the market place. However no spare cash for toys!

Alternative option is to order another 2.0TDI and have it remapped/chipped. Would welcome advice on past experiences in terms of performance gains / mpg benefits/disadvantages and also differences in cost of various options available.

Cheers,
Rob.
