Component protection - remove ?!

How to remove component protection by my self?
Is Component protection related from immo? or VIN? or motor EDCxx?
Where from part knows, that it is in different car?

My problem in Audi A6:

Address 06: SEAT MEMORY - Component protection

Address 36: SEAT MEMORY - Component protection

Address 47: DSP - Component protection

Address 18: WEBASTO - Component protection
