Default A6 key fob question

I am getting second key fob programmed to our car (A6 2006) and was wondering whether is possible to disable any other key fobs that may exist outhere. Audi garage managed to loose one of our keys and they had to order the replacement from Germany.I know the fob uses rolling codes for the immobilizer, but just wanted to make sure nobody else has the key of our car.

Thanks

How can you zap or disable something that you don't know the location or existence of?
The only way to do that is to buy a complete new set of keys and locks and to re-program everthing to your car

I thought one could program our two keys and any other keys would not work if they are not paired to the car, but then again I am not shure how exactly this works so I am just guessing?
I am planning to get Vag-Com cable (hex+can+usb 704), will it allow me to limit number of keys programmed with the car?
I read some info on the following page h t t p://w w w .ross-tech.com/vag-com/cars/key-matching.html

It is possible within the dealership to delete all keys and only authorise the ones to hand, the mechanical part of the key will unlock the car but will not start it if it is not authorised, this includes the remote control.

Thanks Badger61!
This is exactly confirmation I was looking for.
I assume I will be able to add 1 or 2 more spare keys later on with vag-com if I needed to. If I remember rightly, there was a limit of 4 keys per car due to security reasons.

You are correct, a maximum of 4 keys can be authorised,as I am in a centre I have no access to vag-com. When authorising keys on this system a fair bit of security information has to be sent via secure log in.
