Default S-line, s6 grille retro fit.

Has anyone here attempted to retro fit the s6 or s line grille to an A6? I have searched high and low, and cant find any articles on this.

Also, am I correct in assuming the s-line and s6 grille looks the same?

The grilles, as far as I am aware, are all the same fit, so the S-Line grille (or the S6 grille) should fit the SE.

However, the S-Line and the S6 grilles are not the same - the S6 grille has double-slats, and is a silver colour if I remember correctly. The S-Line grille has less slats than the SE grill, but is the same colour as the SE grille. Therefore all 3 are slightly different.

Yip, proud to say done it successfully! Purchased the grille via agents though
The whole front bumper has to be removed however. The total task took about 1.5 hours.

Hi there, did it myself in the garage @ home. Agents didn't / couldn't want to tell me if I had to remove the bumper in order to do this. Also didnt assist with info of how to remove the bumper. I found a thread of someone removing a RS4 bumper with detailed pics, and the A6 was exactly the same. Accessories available also from http://www.madaudi.com/ but I found the agents to actually be cheaper!! (for a change)

We just got back from the Eastern Cape, I shoud have popped around to meet you Back at work now in Cape Town.

Cheers

Roshen
