V1 help please
Im new to this forum and new to Audi's so please correct me if i break a rule. i followed KarlMarx's V1 DIY but im must be doing something wrong or A4 and A6(C6)'s are different. I really like the way he use the sunroof method but i cant get it to power up, my + wire is identical to his and i tried to touch the - wire to my bolts but it didnt power up, i didnt try to unscrew a bolt and touch it (like he said) but instead i just touch the screw. that part of his car is very similar to mine but not identical. i tried using a DMM but im an embarrassingly newbie to all this electrical stuff. i tested all over to get a 12v signal but i couldnt find it. can someone please help me locate the 12v wire and the negative ground wire where the sunroof panel is to power up my valentine1.
