Default What do I need to make this phone work with my A6?

Hi, I have MMI High and have nav, cd changer, TV etc. etc. installed. The only extra I don't have is the phone. I bought the handset (with cradle) which fits into the armrest from eBay but I'm wondering will it work with my system? Is there any more components needed and does an Audi dealer need to enable it?
Many Thanks!

I'm sorry, I don't really know how to interpret those diagrams? How many components will I need to enable the telephone? The parts that I have are the actual Audi handset and the cradle which it clicks into (it has one button which releases the handset) and there's a wire/cable which comes from the back of this cradle. Thankyou!
