Hi Guys and gals,
Im a newbie to this forum but am now on my second A6. have just bought an 05 C6 2.0tdi SE and am looking to change the wheels. I am looking at 19 or 20 inch rims and wondered if anyone out there has either and if they affect the ride much. will post a pic once its done as i think it will look evil.... ![]() |

You might check on Ebay for the best deals. I have found some excellent rims made to factory standards that look exactly like the OEM. As for as 19" VS 20", for an A6 you may want to stay at 18", but no higher then 19". Prices of tires and rims jump when you go from 18". If you happen to have air suspension, be sure to go to you MMI and put the car in trailer mode, as you can blow out your air suspension system if you don't. The rough ride on 20" with low profile tires would not be worth the extra cost.
