Anybody know why the names of cd tracks don't display on the MMI?
Also why do I have to manually name the CD by editing it? I have the MMI high on a 2007 A6 and I'm using original cds ranging from about 1990 to date. I have not yet tried any home-made cds. |

If the original CD has been written with CD-text, then it displays the name of the CD and the track names on the screen (Jamiroquai for instance)
If you write a home-made CD and write it with CD-text, then it will display in the screen too, I'm sure. However, if the CD you use has no CD-text, then you can only edit the CD title, and not the actual track names. |
