Any Similar Problems With 2005 A6?

Has anyone had any of these problems with their 2005 A6 3.2:
- radio comes on by itself
- clunks going down steep grade slowly in Sport mode
- poor sound quality picking up voice inside car over bluetooth phone (they've tried to fix once)
- can't delete items saved in NAVI
- ear-splitting white noise over radio, CD, cell phone and navigation voice guidance.

So now I can't use ANY of the MMI features (radio, CD, phone, navi)!!!!

did let the dealer see it yet casue that is weird

The "thunk" in sport mode is a tranny issue. Basically the sport mode doesnt shift from 1st to 2nd to 3rd smoothly unless your gas pedal is firmly planted on the floor of the car. It downshifts rough from 3rd to 2nd i believe for the same reason. I use sport mode quite a bit because I am a speed freak but its just not programmed for city use or hill climbing.

The other stuff is news to me. What radio system do you have and what phone are you using. I have a razr v3i and a v3x and the v3x I have had problems connecting to the radio. It kept resetting itself but I dont get the problem from the v3i.
