Hi
I bought a car without the bluetooth telephone on telephone preparation, although the buttons for the MMI controls still indicate telephone. Is their any A6 owner that can advise me whether it is possible to install a bluetooth device that can integrate with the MMI without going for the whole carphone kit from Kufatec? still looking for an answer? me too.
I rang my local Audi garage who said that it couldn't be retrofitted. This seems really odd : I mean, I don't want the cradle, I'd settle for the A6 being able to pair with my phone. All the buttons are there. I wouldn't mind betting it's as simple as a software upgrade on the MMI and the flicking of a bluetooth switch somewhere. |

I fitted an A6 Bluetooth kit this weekend, not an easy task. It was from Kufatec and it took me about 3 hours to fit the basic kit without the cradle or roof antenna.
Work well, integrates with the MMI. Craig
