S4 calipers on A6 - help

Hi everybody,

I would like ask you if I can fit 2000 s4 calipers on 1999 A6, what I need replace, or they can fit without any problems?

Thanks a lot for any advice or help....

Why would you want to do that? you need to stop a 4540 lbs car not a 3500 pound car. the brakes on an s4 and an a4 have little to no difference in the stopping power. I think it would be easier to just change the calipers to new one....tirerack.com has all these parts.

The S4 brakes will fit it should be a pretty basic swap onto the A6 since my '01 2.7T has the 4 piston S4 brakes.
