Talking 2001 A6 4.2 Quattro Performance Mods....Are there any?

Hey everyone, I bought my audi about 2 years ago and I love it! Best car I have ever owned. The V8 kicks ass on the highway, but I'm looking to get a little more umph out of my engine. Do you know of any performance mods out there? Or of any tweaks that could be done to get some more horsepower? I've looked, but the only thing I've found is an exhaust system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you go onto google there should be many great parts from many reliable sources. Chips, Intakes, mass air sensor, throtel body spacers, and exhausts are easy cheap ways to get some more bang for the buck. I would say Chip it to begin with. do your research and make sure the chip is legit. many websites like ebay sell alot of BS performance parts. (Been there done that).
