Heating proble.-HELP PLS

hi, i obviousley have an audi a6, it's 1998 model, and for some strange reason, i can't get any heating in my car, does anyone have any suggestions, or has anyone had this problem before, i would really really appreciate it if someone could shed some light on this as with it been winter...you know...

someone out there must have an answer to my problem...

i get cold air blowing out but not hot air!!!!

even with the heat on max
