Exclamation Possible circuit breaker fault?

Greetings to all...

I have been lurking here for a while, always able to find answers to my questions by using search. I have also learned quite a bit just by reading about problems others have had even though I have not yet encountered them. Thanks to all for the valuable information.

This time I am unable to find my problem through searching archives. Here it is:

This problem does not occure every time, but only occasionally. Upon starting the car, the climate control, turn signals, and headlights do not work. On a comfortable, rainless day you may not even be aware of the problem until you attempt to signal an upcoming turn - no turn signals!

I can pull over, cut the engine, remove the key, and restart - all will then function properly. This restart procedure always works, and never has to be done more than one time. The problem does not seem to have any connection to a certain outdoor temperature or humidity, or whether or not the car is cold or warmed-up.

It is as if the shut-down procedure is reseting a breaker. I do not yet have the Bentley manuel and am hoping to receive it soon. In the mean time, any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks,
Captain Mike
