Audi Radio Problem

Hi, I have just got a 1998 Audi A6 (looking to do some mod's suggestions please!!) and it came with an Panasonic DP600AEN changer in the boot, but when i plac a cd in it only plays the song for a split second and goease off, it reapeats this time and time again. also the dash H/U shows a mess of cd numbers,
Is there any one who can help me???? Really at a loose end, Does anyone know the fault? or reapir needed??

might be missing pins on ur hu from the changer to the unit, maybe... or maybe its from a different platform

Found a lead that fixes the problem great !!!
