1994 audi 100 factory alarm location

i'm tryin to disable it, its faulty, plus my car wont turn on sometimes, then it does. i know its the alarm, but i cant find it. can someone tell me where its located. i took the panel off below the steerin wheel, i see all the relays and other stuff but cant find the alarm box. this is drivin me crazy

i took off my backseat and it doesnt look like teh pic. the only thing i see is some computer thing in the middle and the vaccum for the doors next to the battery
