Hi can anyone help....I have an Audi 100 2.0e Auto 1983...the problem I have is that after driving it under normal conditions for about 10 to 12 miles the engine cuts out...this happens no matter what speed I'm doing...about 2 seconds before the engine dies the 'tone/sound'of the fuel pump changes....the car will re-start immediatly on the key and run then for another half mile or so before cutting out again. It was suggested by my local dealer that I check the fuel pump relay, but for the life of me I can't find where its located...anyone have any idea ?....Is this a simple cheap 'problem'..or am I looking at a new pump. Thanks .
