Question about springs and tint?

I went to the dealership asked mechanic about suspension kits he told me i should pick up springs lower it that way would be cheaper and he would charge me just the installation. He also told me to get H&R springs because he has found that they give out the less stress on the car. So my question has any of you put springs rather full on suspension kit and has anyone used H&R springs and what do they think about them.

Also about the tinting im gonna tint my windows here shortly but my last car i had 15% and it was pretty dark but i was wondering would dark tint on a audi which is metallic quartz gray be overkill or should i go with a lighter tint?
