Timing Belt/ CD Issues

HI,
I have three poroblems at the moment and i ned a little help.

1) I have 92,000 Kilometers on the clock at the moment on my 2005 1.9tdi and i am wondering should the timing belt be due for a change soon.

2) When i change from third to second i often get a whining nise when i relaese the clutch, .... any ideas on that one

3) My cd played is spinng and counting the time but no sound...


i know its a lot but and thiughts would be appreciated
