You dont really need to add a chip , a simple ECU remap will do the job just as well with the same results and should give you about 50- 65 bhp increase with more torque.

You dont state what country you are in uk/us etc so cant really point you in the direction of a reputable remapping firm if you buy the car ?

In Massachusetts, US. Thanks for the info. Remapping is what I was thinking of. Just used the wrong description when I posted.

Ive heard these guys are highly recommended in the us APR - Engineered Performance for Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche Vehicles ..

If you give them a call they can tell you what bhp increases etc they could do for you with the 2.0 T ..

I just chipped my S-line, quattro '07 B7 Avant "dog car" with excellent results. I went the APR re-mapping route. One thing to consider is the PVC valve had to be replaced (it's a very sophisticated version of a PVC valve) as oil was escaping throught the oil filler cap as the turbo boost increase, increased the oil pressure inside the engine. This was done under warranty. BTW, I also did the Millitek exhaust and the carbon fiber induction (I forget the name of the company). This "dog car" pulls very strongly and is the perfect compliment to my R8. The color also matches the blade of my R8...
