Default Headlight HELP HIDS???

Hey there you guys just bought a 2006 Audi A4 2.0 and it doesn't have Xenon which means no HID now first off I wanted to know if anybody knew what the bulb size is for the headlights and fog light also if adding a HID kit to the headlights will cause any type of problem example a bulb out on the dash or an error?

Default I did on my friend's A4(B7)

well, he bought 6k hid off from ebay.
I was the one responsible to put them in his car
I didn't know how to pull the existing bulb out, and put a new one in.
and also you need to find where to locate the ballasters.

other than that, no error lights or what so ever for last 3day

the buld type for headlight is H7(for 2005+...it's B7 I guess) and fog is H11(and it's wierd....since I thought h11 is normally used for headlights)

well I can't explain how to pull the bulb off, cuz I almost broke the headlights lol.
(thank god my friend doesn't know this forum and not know much about car )
I just pull them off....I couldn't figure out them yet, but I did anyway.

and I am still looking for the fog light DIY.

try them...it's awesome!!!! 10 times brighter than Hallogen lights.
It would take 30 mins to 1hr but it's worth it!!!!
good luck!!!!

Not recommended to mount xenon kits in the halogen housing. Light will scatter all over the place and might blind traffic. Post a pic of your hid fitting.

Hey, I will be changing out one of my broken fogs in a few days, so I'd be happy to share the DIY when I'm done.
