Broken Front Speaker Grill PLEASE HELP

Took the family out for the day in the new A4 and halfway through the day out my son kicked the front speaker grill putitng a huge crack through it!

Since coming home I have attempted to pull/remove the speaker grill but have had no luck it's stuck down pretty well.

Does anyone know how to remove the speaker cover from the car?

Remove the door trim and replace the speaker from inside the door trim
