Away to get Company S-Line 170.

Hi Guys,

After many years of trying, finally manged to get up the corporate ladder and have my '53' plate Golf SDi replaced by an A4 S-Line 170! Although this is a good thing, we do not get to specify options in the car, so it is going to be as the factory made it!

This however, does not seem to be a good thing in an Audi though. There are about 7 pages of options on the web-site. I can't believe that the fuel computer is an option!! My sister-in-law's X-Reg Seat Leon even has a computer - as a standard feature!

Anyway, although I am ranting, I am happy. It is going to be in black with the black interior. I would have liked it with no chrome, but after calling the dealer today, that is a special edition model! More money!!

Anyway I love playing with my car, and am happy doing some subtle OEM installs and changes that the company cannot detect, but increase my enjoyment of the car and gives me something to do at the weekend, other than go to the pub!

So what OEM'ish installs would you recommend and prioritise?

1. Parking sensors;
2. Sunroof (?);
3. Bose sound (not sure if possible as a retrofit);
4. Cruise control;
5. SatNav/ TV;
6. Drink holder for center armrest (if you have one);
7. Bluetooth phone prep.

p.s. I would have thought that you'd get the trip computer as standard.
