Mmi + Mobile Preparation

I have 2005 A4 with MMI+bluetooth prep.

I tested feature with Nokia 6230i via bluetooth:
- sim+mobile phonebook exchange works fine (display name + kind of number);
- list of received+lost+done call works (with name)
- receiving call display DO NOT display name (only number);

I tested feature with Nokia 6230i via craddle adapter:
- sim+mobile phonebook exchange works fine (display name + kind of number);
- list of received+lost+done call DO NOT display name (only number)
- receiving call display DO NOT display name (only number);

I tested feature with Nokia 6230 via bluetooth:
- sim+mobile phonebook exchange works fine (display name + kind of number);
- list of received+lost+done call works (with name)
- receiving call display display name + number;

I tested feature with Nokia 6230 via craddle adapter:
- sim+mobile phonebook exchange works fine (display name + kind of number);
- list of received+lost+done call DO NOT display name (only number)
- receiving call display display name + number;

Anyone is using Nokia mobile with 2005 A4 MMI? 6230? 6230i? others?
How is possible to get the overall features??
