Wiring Harness

Just wondering if anyone has installed an aftermarket cd player and if so, is there a wiring harness? I went to the local car radio shop and he suggested cutting???????

Ooooo. Before you cut, check out installer.com. They have a lot of stereo stuff.

So as nobody really knew the 'situation' with a wire harness for my a4 at most of the shops, besides cutting and rewiring? I just bought the latest audi adapter and only used the power(switched and constant) and ground leads. Also bought the Universal 'dual slot' dash kit for Audi. Now I am in the process of laying new wires to each speaker(using the existing wires for the tweets) also setting up for subs. Also there is an AUX IN on the deck I am putting in so there is the ipod connection.
