Turbo problems 1.9tdi (2003)

25,000 miles ago had problems with the turbo cutting out on my 1.9tdi, replaced all the vacuum pipes and it solved the problem , previously each time I turned the engine off then the turbo would work for a few minutes and then stop working, after replacing all pipes problem was solved. Now the turbo has stopped working again completely, any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

forgot to add also replaced air flow meter at the same time
