Default Rear Fog light not working

Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Rear left fog light hasnt been working for some time now. Yesterday, I bought a brand new light bulb and this didnt help. I even swapped the light bulb from the right rear fog light (which is working) to the left and that also didnt work.

What could be the problem? A fuse? And how do i check and replace a light fuse, and where is the fuse box located in the A4 (2004, B6)?

Left fog light is not plugged to function. Only one of the two rear cluster has a functional fog light.
