Better get it changed ASAP, Audi recomend changing it around the 85K mark. You dont want it to snap on the highway when you're doing 90mph, it could cause a piston to punch a hole in you're engine bloc (worst case), and that would mean a new engine. Check Stafford (or Stratford) Audi, they could do it for aprox £275.

Hi, if it helps, I have a 2004 Audi A4 1.8T and Audi Bath have told me that the Cambelt should be changed every 5 years or 112500 Miles (I assume the mileage has been converted from Km!) - whichever comes soonest. The general concensus also seems to be that you should get tensioners, pulleys and water pump changed at the same time. I was quoted £520, but I think that was only for the cambelt change
